Nick Belbas resides in Salt Lake City, UT. Nick joined the Granite Towers team in 2021 as an intern, before starting full-time in June 2022. Nick graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in finance.

Aaron Pennertz

Chief Financial Officer

 

Aaron brings a significant amount of financial knowledge to the Granite Towers team. Aaron has spent a significant amount of time in the real estate industry with over 7 years of experience as a senior accountant at CBRE and 9 years of experience as a software support manager for Traverse. Aaron lives in central MN and enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter.

Dan Brisse

Managing Partner

Dan Brisse is the Co-Founder & Managing Partner at Granite Towers Equity Group and oversees operations, acquisitions, investor relations and asset management. Dan is a resident of Southern WA.

​

Dan is a former professional athlete. As a professional snowboarder for over 13 years, Dan took home multiple X-Games gold medals and was known as one of the top urban snowboarders in the world. Dan's drive for excellence and success transpires into Granite Towers' real estate portfolio.

Dan is also the Co-Host of the podcast, Keeping It Real-Estate and the Co-Author of 4 Steps to Successful Passive Investing

Michael Roeder

Managing Partner​

Michael is the Co-Founder & Managing Partner at Granite Towers Equity Group and oversees operations, acquisitions, investor relations and asset management. Michael is a resident of Central Minnesota and graduated from St. Cloud State University. 

​

Michael is a 11 year former high net worth insurance agent. As a top producer for a fortune 500 company Michael helped mitigate risk for many high net worth clients. Risk mitigation is engrained in Michael's blood and Michael's talent to mitigate risk is utilized across the Granite Towers portfolio of real estate.

Michael is also the Co-Host of the podcast, Keeping It Real-Estate and the Co-Author of 4 Steps to Successful Passive Investing

Dawn Campbell

Asset Manager

​

Dawn has spent over 25 years in the property management field giving her extensive multifamily experience. Before joining the team at Granite Towers, Dawn oversaw 4,000 units and held the position of director of operations with a primary focus on B and C class multifamily projects. Dawn resides in Fort Worth, TX and enjoys spending time with her family.

Theresa Dormanen

Director of Investor Relations

Theresa has spent nearly a decade in the banking industry with over 20 years in customer relations. Care, compassion and taking care of others are what drives her. She lives in Clear Lake, MN with her husband and two kids. In addition to taking care of others, throwing bean bags and spending time on the lake are her favorite pastimes with her family.

Alec Scislowski

Alec joined the Granite Towers team as an intern in the Summer of 2023. Alec is currently studying Real Estate and Finance at the University of Miami, pending graduation in 2025.
